[2023] Help with house tiers

hey guys

I can't figure out how to get my room to tier 2 (or at least 1.7) for my machinist table to work. I have a bedroom, bathroom, which makes it tier 1, but the machinist table in another room says its room is uncategorized and thus I cant use the table at all. Don't know what the problem is

help would be appreciated
