Can you take a screenshot next time this happens? I haven't seen this kind of report before, so I'd be curious to see the bug in action. Thank you!

The issue with not receiving claims in singleplayer on levelup will be adressed in the next hotfix.

You can use the chat command /unstuck to free yourself.
