[2022] Sea Otter server not resetting?

I noticed that Sea Otter is now on day 32, remarkably past its declared end time of 5-19-2022.

Is this normal (that a server would run past its reboot time) or is something unusual going on? I was looking forward to joining that server on a fresh cycle but it seems to refuse to cycle.
