[2022] Having trouble finding an admin command

Hi there,

I would like to give myself both level 6 talents/traits on my single-player world that I like to mess about in and test stuff in. Is there a way to do this with admin commands without any mods? I can't seem to find anything online about forcing a talent/trait.

I don't want to give ALL job specialities, just the double level 6 trait for one job.
