[2023] Eco keeps crashing!

So I recently got back into playing eco and the game just keeps crashing. So the first time I joined the game again I found a great long term server and they also had a few mods installed. I couldnt even join the server properly without the game crashing, so I turned down my graphics to the lowest and it still kept crashing but mainly when I entered a ''city'' or a very populated area. As time went on I also played nn their short term servers with meteor but every season (new season after meteor was destroyed) the crashing got worse even if the world was empty from buildings basically or at the start of the server. The crashing has gotten so bad that I can barley play 5 minutes. Usually when it crashes I see a Unity crash smth, but since the whole pc is really slow or even frozen for a bit I usually just restart it. Can anyone help?
