[2021] Limestone Quarry?

Some friends and I started a 5-man standard world on low/medium co-op settings a few weeks ago.

So far until then, I've only played on public servers, so this question never occurred.

Where are the best places to mine limestone in large quantities with minimal intrusions? That is, what's the optimal limestone quarry location?

I know I can explore around a bit near the coast and make a quarry to get some, but I'm looking for a location similar to iron mines, wherein you can mine large swaths without moving around a lot.
