It is possible the modded stockpile is not implemented correctly - we do have storages that don't allow storing without pollution, for example vehicles.

If you are refering to head bobbing, that can be turned off in the settings. I otherwise didn't notice any kind of wobbling - it's unfortunately always very difficult to investigate and understand issues leading to motion sickness.
