Without going into much detail until I get all the documentation in place. Is there a place to report bad server owners or black list a server?

With the most recent release server options are limited so I thought I'd give this particular server another try even though I had heard the rumors and even experience the behavior of the server owner myself. The server has a small admin team. The owner is rarely on, just to restart and fix minor things. When he does get on he takes every conversation as adversarial. The first time I was on this server he claimed my buddy was hacking the server... I gotta tell you my friend has no idea how to do such things, but he was banned. Later the owner said he had tools to detect such things and that he had a zero tolerance policy.... I left shortly after that.

This time I joined for their new season and found that the owner wasn't really playing, so might as well kill time here until one of my other servers launch. Unfortunately I saw it happen again. Two players were just chatting in game. One got muted the other was banned.

Yeah I know its a private server and all. He has the right to reign over his little world all he wants, but it all just rubs me the wrong way.

I should say the non-owner admin is amazing, friendly, and helpful.

As described in our "No Namecalling" rule in the sidebar, if there was an actual ToS violation you can report that directly via mail to me with sufficient and conclusive proof.

That requires a ToS violation to have happened though. I understand the behaviour of some administrators might be frustrating, but from my experience every story in the end had at least two, if not even more sides and all that public shaming does is creating more fighting and drama without anything coming out from that. Which is we decided that at least on our channels we'd prefer to not see such things. It's up to the community if they want to keep a list of servers elsewhere that they do not recommend, but I wouldn't recommend doing such one.

We do plan to introduce a system for dev recommended servers in the server list, just like other games have and are thinking about a rating system as well, but as you have already noticed the moderation efforts that would need to go into that would probably need to be big or it will become a big mess that once again causes a lot of drama.
