[2022] Select Mutiple Items for Law?

Hi when setting up a law I want to apply a tax when a set of items are sold. But so far I can only select one item.

I definitely have seen laws that have lists of items, so how do I do that? Shift, ctrl and Alt seem to dl nothing. The alternative is to just create a variant of the law for each time, but, that seems clunky, even for eco. Any help would be appreciated.
