[2023] Problem joining the discord and also a water problem

I was instantly banned as I joined the Eco discord, and I initially joined to ask about invisible water problems.

I have water in my mine from a permanent block, and after removing the water it still turns my stone blocks broken, instantly into water??

Is there a command or something to drain the water?

Also why was I instantly banned and how do I get unbanned?
