[2023] Creating a Government Entity?

The owner of a store is never able to purchase from it, that includes government members in titles. Someone has to have control and own the shop.

That's working as intended though. If you are the owner, you can make the money transfer manually if you really insist on using your own store.

There is no problems with using the intended system in democracies, White Tiger does it as well.
