[2021] Equip Gemstone tutorial (BUG)

Hello, we didn't identify the issue but we managed a workaround coming for the next patch that allow the tutorial to still work even if the focus panel is ontop of the GUI like we had from the reports.

I tried with a controller and got it to work before the latest patch. Haven't tried with m/kb since.

Yeah the bug is with KBM (i suppose) since i hadn't any repro here but in a screenshot of someone i've seen the "greyed out focus panel" ontop of the gem panel so i just made it not blocking mouse click and it *shoul* fix KBM but i cannot be 100% sure since i don't have the issue here
