Just an advice, a personal one, people working on games spend a lot of hours, personal investment, create art that they are attached to etc for thousands and thousands of hour it can really hurt those who works on it by calling the game "horrid", you can tell that you didn't like it and that's why you ask for a refund but calling the work of people "horrid" is not something to do, my apologies if that sounded rude.

That's the main problem with modern game dev industry. "You shouldn't call games horrid". But what if the game is horrible for that person? In most other professions people get fired when they can't do their job properly. But noone is allowed to call any game "horrible" because it can hurt devs' feelings. Amazing. Show some respect to opinion of players. They pay for this game, you're not giving it out for free.

I hope no one ever call you "horrible" at your job you can do constructive criticism without going that path.
