Hi the game freeze serveral of times, is the any idea what causes this problem, i had to ctr alt del to get out of the game,

Hey there, blixten111! I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering freezes in The Division 2! I would like to know more about the behavior of this issue. When it freezes, do you still hear audio? Are you freezing while in menus, in a menu, or free roaming? Is it ever freezing and crashing when you launch it?

Hello, there as an issue yesterday with the new movement solving for monsters, it should have been fixed with the latest minor patch (23MB) i did yesterday evening, can you check that you are running the latest version? If yes can you make me a small video please?

Ahhh i see it's not a real freeze looks like an error in the loot system, thanks to your video i'm gonna test it and fix it tonight thank you!

Hello, we have no report that the new game option is having issue and i have tested here and it worked without issue, i suggest doing a file integrity check on Steam
