About the performances the RTX 2070 should already gives more than enough performances to play at 1080P > 60 FPS and your CPU is also very good so you don't have too expect much issues.
And anyway we are preparing a big performance update with a large CPU performance improvement (> 20% improvement), GPU performance improvement (> 10%), Loading Speed improvements (> 20% improvement) and implementation of NVIDIA DLSS and AMD CAS (upscaling), with DLSS and an RTX 2070 you will even be able to play at 4K 60 FPS with your rig.
