Actually completing the puzzle just award you an additional loot but it's absolutely not mandatory

Actually that's not true, Puzzles were mandatory at the beginning but we had a lot of feedbacks that some people doesn't like puzzles and instead of making them mandatory we decided to make it an incentive for powerful gears.
Alright, that's fair.
And definitely good on you to listen to such feedback, that is appreciated.
Still, if you could just find a way to make them, at least, feel less disconnected from the rest of the gameplay, that'd be pretty great... maybe get rid of the top-down turn-based "move one square at a time"-concept, because that is what feels the most disconnected from the entire other "exploring the world"-experiences, and put in some actual puzzles?
I know, that's a ♥♥♥♥♥ of a request so close to release, but maybe something to think about for down the line...
I'm no game dev pro by any stretch of the imagination, but my main point is this:
When content makes the players say "I have to do this to get good loot", it's not really good content.
Good content should make the players say:
"I want to do this to get good loot".
Hope that makes sense.
