[2021] Vanguard and scrapyard bugs

Hello, this bug have been fixed in the previous patch, if you have muted the game updates please unmute them to get the latest update that fix this issue thanks

If you saved after the bug occured the first time the save is softlocked, you can send it to me on the EOE Discord (Kaldorei) i can fix your save for you
