In-Game Code Redemptions Temporarily Disabled - April 10, 2025

Hi everyone! We are temporarily disabling in-game code redemptions at 2:30 PM EDT/7:30 PM BST, and will let everyone know when they are back on. It should be sometime later tonight. At the end of today's 2025 ESO Direct livestream, we will show a new type of multi-use code for the new in-game monkey pet. We ask that you please log into your account on the ESO website and redeem it here. We assure you that there are plenty of monkey pets available for everyone, so if you encounter any issues redeeming the code via the website, don't panic! The code is good until June 20, 2025, and you won't miss out on the pet if you redeem the code tomorrow or even next week. We hope you enjoy the 2025 ESO Direct and your new primate pal!
