Will there be XP buff during Pan Tamriel event?

I didn't see any mention of there being an XP buff for the Pan Tamriel event starting Thursday. Did anyone else happen to see where an XP bonus was mentioned for the event? The XP for leveling is one of the things I look forward to most during these events. Could someone say for sure whether or not we'll get the standard 100% XP bonus across the board or not? @ZOS_Kevin
