I need help again. I have NO fines, or bounties on me. For the past couple weeks, every time I land at a settlement that doesn't have an engineer on it, I get attacked.
I move just in 7.5km, request docking permission, and it's granted. I let the auto docking computer dock me now to make sure I'm not messing up somehow.
I dock, and can access the station/settlement's systems. I can restock, refuel, and buy or sell things just like any other stations.
However, while I'm sitting there, my ship starts getting attacked. Sometimes it happens right after landing. Other times it's been a few minutes. But I keep getting attacked.
I tried taking a shuttle to a settlement. The security officer didn't even finish scanning, and killed me before I could activate my shield.
Is this another bug? Or is there something special that you are supposed to do to be able to access settlements that don't have engineers on them. Even if allied with the faction that owns it.
