[2022] Broken mission or user error?

See the folder link below, I had these 2 missions active and went to the base where it said to clear out the hostiles, I killed everyone, including several scientists of the faction specified by the other mission in the other screen shot. None of those missions ever updated at all. The only possible thing I may have done was when I first landed there, I didn't realize the settlement would be hostile by default, so when it was red I jumped out and back, then I read the mission text again and saw that it said "they're expecting you" or whatever.

I also had another mission that also failed this evening, same session. It was an assassinate mission. I went there, messed up adn made them hostile, jumped out adn back, and never did see the target, he/she wasn't on the computer listing at all, I think maybe I messed up b/c I jumped out and back, and that may have counted as mission failed, but it never said mission failed at all.

Am I missing something or should I file a support ticket? I thought they had these types of major bugs pretty well worked out?
