[2023] Why a my planets black?

*(planet = sun) sorry for the mistake

recently something funny happened to me where everything was zoomed in and i saw the galaxy in about 480p. (my monitor can output 2k and is set that way in elite). I could still hear myself switching through menus but nothing worked anymore. after a restart the game worked again but now the planets are black on the system map. does anyone know how i can fix this
