Waiting for crashing to resolve still

I played tonight for the first time since June, hoping the issues with crashing when approaching specific settlements were resolved. They were not. I love the game, but I can't keep dealing with these crashes. I've tried reinstalling, new graphics driver, new GPU, OS updates, and just waiting. There is no solution on my end.
