I'm playing Horizons 4.0 and wanted to pay for some Arx to upgrade the look of my ship...but everything requires that I have Odyssey expansion to get ANY other non-default cosmetic upgrade.
I hope this is an error or something because I'm not up for dishing out more $$ yet. Seems silly to me.
