[2022] I have issues with graphics i think so?

So i just started playing the game today and i realized that the game splits the screen to 4 pieces and zoom it in just a piece of it and plays the image 4:1 sized zoomed so i do have low quality image even though i chose ultra graphics and optimized the graphic card. Is there a way to solve this issue?

Edit: I also try seting the scale manually but it still do have the issue :/
