[2022] Is Crashing Normal?

Every time I sit down to play this game, I am guaranteed to crash at minimum once each hour. I'm just wondering if this is part of the experience, or if I should put any effort into troubleshooting. I'm still enjoying the game, it's just a significant inconvenience when it happens. So far I've had random crashes at the end of shuttle rides, which send you back to the station you originally ordered the shuttle from. I've had crashes 1/4 of the time when completing ground conflict zones, forcing me to to run 500 meters away from the area to order an Apex shuttle. I sometimes crash whenever I die, which oddly enough makes the game forget that I died and I keep everything. And then there are crashes that happen seemingly completely at random for no discernable reason.

Clarification: By crashes, I mean network crashes that send me to the main menu when playing Odyssey. They are usually different errors each time. I just tried manually port forwarding 5100 to see if that has anything to do with it.
