[2023] I can't install Elite Dangerous

Hi, i have a problem. I just bought Elite Dangerous and when i'm in the launcher the Legacy Horizon is installed correctly but when i try to install the live version it's start normally but after like 10second the installation drop from my normal installing connection 60Mb/s to just 0 that made my installation impossible. This game interest me a lot and it's really frurstrating to not be able to play when my connection doesn't have problem all other installation work and I have a good config so i didn't understand where is it from does anyone can help me please ?
