Selling Goods to FC bartender

first time doing this and it's not going well.

inara says this FC is buying CHEMICAL PROCESS SAMPLE at 10 times the usual amount, so i go there and try to sell them.

the process seems to be going ok but when i hit confirm a black and white error pops up (something about a transaction error, i think).

then i notice that my inventory was depleted but i did not get any credits from the transaction and verified this with a couple of smaller sales.

anyone seen this? are these prices just for friends or something? why did it steal my goods then?

should i file a ticket?

is this how it works on FC? why would anyone use one?
