[2022] Multi Crew Not Working (PS4)

We're absolutely stuck. Both of us are trying to multicrew, using the in game and playstation invite options and it literally just says "Error" in red whenever we accept the invites. Searching for multicrew ships says there are none, and we're absolutely stuck. Both of us have multi crew stuff, SLF's and an SRV bay too. Both ships have multiple seats.

Help!
