[2021] I can only play on an outdated version of the game, Horizons. I do not have the ability to update to odyssey.

What the title says. I play on PC on the Epic Games launcher and I cannot update the game. The actual ED launcher gives me no option for odyssey, only horizons. All my interfaces in-game are outdated, and fleet carriers are not where they are supposed to be.

I have no idea what to do. I submitted a support ticket that I doubt will ever be answered. I tried reinstalling the game, and I can't find anything like this on the internet - only an unanswered thread from Nov 12.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated because the game is currently unplayable for me.
