[2022] SRV Will Not Deploy

1: I deploy my landing gear

2: I land

3: I shut my thrusters Off

4: I make sure my hanger is powered

5: There are definitely SRV's in the hanger

6: I try to deploy them with the cargo scoop open and with the cargo scoop shut

7: They won't come out. The option to deploy them is greyed out. I just hit a station and double checked that I was stocked, fueled, with advance maintenance and everything. What am I doing wrong?
