[2021] Key bindings no longer work?

Decided to get back into this after a break and i cant take off with H.O.T.A.S?
keybindings no longer seem to work for SHIP controls but still work for SRV?
who decided that was a good idea?

Using DEFAULT config for Thrustmaster T16000M FCS H.O.T.A.S as have used in the past

I do NOT have Odyssey
This is a FRESH install
I have NOT modified the Key binds
