[2021] Mission bug

I was completing an assassination mission last night and had a weird issue where the client sent me a mission update message telling me which system the target was in. I arrived in system but no target. When I checked the navigation panel a different system was highlighted. Checked the mission info again and the destination system was gibberish, looked like code. Anyway, flew to the highlighted system and found the target and completed the mission.

Never had this problem before, just wondered if it was a common bug?
