[2022] can't play Elite Dangerous anymore

Hello, since I got my new internet (needs to access an o2 home spot for a while) I have problems logging into Elite Dangerous, when the game starts I get this message.

Before that I had the problem that I couldn't log into the launcher because I supposedly didn't own the game, when it worked after a while the launcher showed me (grayed out) that I need to download Odyssey, even though I never uninstalled the game. Is there anything I can do about it?
