[2022] Can't connect to server via IPv4 and IPv4/IPv6 dual stack

It's been like 2 weeks and I can only log in the game while IPv4 is disabled. Proxies didn't help as before.

I tried to ping and traceroute server IPs and all I got is this ↓

But I haven't seen any other post about server status or related stuff.

I'm not using vpn or virtual adaptors and everything works fine via pure IPv6. Need help figuring out what's going on here.
