I am 33% into the Master rank and I decided to try going to Col 285 Sector FB-K b10-1 Outbreak Anarchy system to try and get to the next rank. After killing around 40-50 Elite and Deadly ranked Eagles and Vipers (Lawless System Authority Vessel ships), it is still stuck at 33% percent.
Relog and docking didn't fix anything, am I just not able to get any combat rank XP from these police ships? Would being in a wing affect this?
