[2021] Holo-Me Missing

I just got ED for PlayStation. Played around with the Holo-Me and all working fine.

After messing up on a few early missions decided to just restart from the beginning again and deleted progress through the main menu.

I now don’t have Holo-Me or engineering and just says ‘Horizons Required’

Any idea what went wrong? How to fix this bug?
