I'm experiencing the same issue as the poster of this thread:

There didn't seem to be a viable solution there. I tried all solutions presented in that post and was unable to get it to work. As that thread is archived, I can't post a reply on there. Has anyone figured out a solution for the aforementioned launch issue with the Epic Games version?
