[2023] Docking Troubles

So here i am, doing a bit of trading between stations, but when i get to one of the stations, a Coriolis type, im not allowed to dock. Thats fine, I'll wait. 30 mins later, I'm still not allowed to dock after multiple attempts at gaining the clearance. I fly off, engage FSD, go into cruise, then turn around after about 10mins, and try again. this time I'm immediately engaged by system security even though i haven't caused any trouble, I don't have anything stolen in my hold nor do i have any bounties or fines.

my weapons were stowed as well. this is odd because now every time i go to that specific station, this happens. WTF?!?! its at a Station in Two Ladies, which is around 100ly from Sol.
