[2021] Frame drops and stuttering

Hi there, just loaded up the game again and when in my ship, every few seconds it stutters and freezes. I’ve tried restarting the game, deleting the graphics files in %LOCALAPPDATA%/frontier developments/elite dangerous/options/graphics, and changing between all the different graphics presets like high and medium. None of them have sorted it out. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Cheers.
