I think I'm stuck?

After spending a lot of time gathering exobiology samples, I landed at a nearby station. When I tried to exit my ship, the game softlocked on the fade to black. After alt-f4 and restart, I am now on foot inside the station but now I can't get back to my ship. I can't even access Inter Astra because the vendor character is also gone. How do I get unstuck?
