[2022] update12 problem

I'm experiencing a big problem with turning myself in to the authorities when I have a bounty. I do so on foot, but yet I respawn in my frikin ship! Ok, whatever. I take off, any hyper jump to main menu. Not ok, not whatever now. I respawn back in the pen. No ship this time, but my menu says my ship is docked in the pen and the elevator says otherwise. I go to the computer console and I can't call my ship or any other ship. The menu just drops out repeatedly. I take a taxi to where I tired myself in... no ship still. So I kill myself planet side. Respawn in my ship. I go switch ships and can not get back in the original one without paying an impound fee of the total rebuy cost of the ship. All this over the original bounty cost of a space McValue Burger. This is repeatable. This needs to be addressed... PLEASE!
