[2022] Frontier Support Error PS4

I'm on Elite Dangerous and decided to check out a few settings with no purpose. I noticed that when I select frontier Support it opens my browser as usual but states that "You cannot use this application due to parental controls". Which shouldn't be an issue seeing as I'm in my 30's and they're are no kids. So my profile should be the parent profile in the system. So if parental controls aren't actually blocking it then it must be an error of some sort. Has anyone else had this issue on the PS4? I don't have anything to report to Frontier Support I was just trying to get it fixed now in case I needed to in the future.
