So as the title goes, I just got an xbox and noticed ed in the game pass. After logging in I see play and change account buttons greyed out. What do I do with this? Their support does not reply as of now

This can sometimes happen due to issues with a network connection, are they still greyed out for you now?
We can't find a support ticket that describes this issue. Did you submit a report to our issue tracker instead? The tracker is to report bugs but isn't something we will directly respond to.
