I'm trying to activate my crew member. I went to the lounge at a station and reset him as inactive to active, I went to the fighters tab and there's only "deploy, details, back" showing. The crew tab shows him as inactive and nothing shows up when I press on it. The fighter hangar shows "empty". I restarted the game and it didn't work.
edit: for those asking, I have a fighter bay equipped with a Taipan.
