[2021] Stuck in Career Services screen (Odyssey)

I have landed on my brand new carrier and I need to change ship but every time I try to enter Carrier Services, the screen fails to render fully and no button are active anymore so I need to return to game main menu. If I avoid the Carrier Services everything else works (return to surface, launch). There were no such issues on Wednesday. What can I do?

LE: Apologies for my word confusion, I am not a native speaker. I meant carrier not career.

I was able to consistently reproduce this bug (Odyssey only, Horizons does not have issues) if you have disabled either Universal Cartographics or Advanced Maintanance (none of the Refuel, Repair, Rearm services enabled).
