[2021] Anyone else getting like 9 fps on the main screen?

I have an RTX 3080, was playing fine last week. But yesterday and today when i logged in to play my fps dropped down to 9fps on the main screen. I tried "verify integrity of game" on steam and nothing, tried deleting the graphics cache and nothing,.

Getting this issue for both odyssey and horizons. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
