I've been exploring for a almost a week now, haven't seen it once, and now its every system I enter.

I've tried...

System scanning.

Going to galaxy map.

Exiting to main menu.

Exiting to desktop.

Ctrl, Alt, Del then ending task.

Hey CMDR,

Try validating the game files from the game launcher. You can do this by clicking on Options > Validate Game files on the elite game launcher.
