[2021] Game keeps crashing to desktop since Odyssey

As the title suggests, my game keeps crashing to desktop every time I try to play. This tends to happen some 20/30 mins after launching and is a consistent crash.

I have already tried everything I can think of to resolve the issue, but nothing seems to work. I have reinstalled the game after the last Odyssey update, but the same issue keeps happening. I have also updated all my drivers and software to the latest versions, but this still doesnt solve the issue. Right now Im thinking it might have something to do with my hardware, so I figured I'd ask here if anyone had an idea.

My hardware is as follows:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820X CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

RAM: 32,0 GB

Graphics: 2x Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1070 TI (in SLI setup)

storage: 1TB Samsung Harddrive, with 222GB free.

Controllers: Thrustmaster T.16000M HOTAS

Im running on Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit

Is there anyone who has an idea of what might be causing this issue?
