Titan Oya rewards

Has anyone recieved their Oya rewards yet? I have yet to recieve mine despite doing 2,5-3mil worth of core damage on 18.04 in solo mode (did not have time for a proper session so I rushed in, just as the first heart was being destroyed, to do as much as i can to qualify).

I have seen a number of ppl on the forums with the same issue or recieving partial rewards (just the ship kit and no decal or vice versa). Is this an acual issue or am I missing something?
